Parkin Mitochondrial Recruitment Assay Cell Line is a Parkinson’s Disease in vitro model. It consists in U2OS cell line stably expressing two constructs: (1) Green fluorescent protein (tGFP) fused to mitochondrial targeting sequence (MTS) derived from the subunit VIII of human cytochrome C oxidase; (2) PARK2 protein fused to FP602 red fluorescent protein.
